FAQs:

  • Q: What are the shipping charges?
  • A: Basic shipping is complementary/free. You may opt for a more express service during checkout.
  • Q: How long does it take to make and deliver?
  • A: I currently have a working time of around 2 weeks (it takes me multiple sittings to finish fabric for one shirt). Shipping usually takes anywhere between a week to 2-4 weeks. (Depending on your shipping choice, receiving country customs etc).
  • Q: Where does production take place? Who makes the garments?
  • All embroidery/handwork is done in my workspace in Karachi, Pakistan. The garments are stitched in my friend Hashir’s atelier in my neighbourhood.

I currently work on a made to order model.

Made to order

Made to order means when I get your order, I will cut the fabric, then start working on your exact garment as opposed to creating a conventional inventory or stock-pile. This is how I’m currently working and plan to stick to it.

There are multiple reasons:

  • Any and all handwork on the fabric is done by me.
  • I handle the whole process myself partnering with local craftsmen rather than work with another manufacturer that will supply in bulk.
  • More eco-friendly/sustainable: no excess stock so nothing goes to waste
  • No space required to store inventory as we have no inventory.
