FAQs:
- Q: What are the shipping charges?
- A: Shipping is complementary and already included in the price.
- Q: Will I have to pay duties? What about US tariffs?
- A: Update 15.1.26: US prices have been updated so the buyer receives no additional charges/tariffs on delivery. For other countries: You will have to pay duties according to your country’s regulations.
- Q: How long does it take to deliver?
- A: I have a working time of around 1 week. (yes it takes me multiple sittings to finish one fabric) Shipping usually takes anywhere between a week to 2-4 weeks. (Depending on your shipping choice, receiving country customs etc)
I currently work on a made to order model.
Made to order
Made to order means when I get your order, I will cut the fabric, then start working on your exact garment as opposed to creating a conventional inventory or stock-pile. This is how I’m currently working and plan to stick to it.
There are multiple reasons:
- Any and all handwork on the fabric is done by me.
- I handle the whole process myself partnering with local craftsmen rather than work with another manufacturer that will supply in bulk.
- More eco-friendly/ sustainable: no excess stock so nothing goes to waste
- No space required to store inventory as we have no inventory.
Made to measure
Made to measure means making a garment that is unique to your body. We currently don’t work on this model.
